We are committed to handling the information you provide responsibly and will take every reasonable and practical step to safeguard this information.

No attempt will be made to identify users. Cookies are not used by Information PLUS. Survey response information will contain only that information provided by the user.

ePOLL survey response information is stored in a secure database. Information Plus will utilise all commercially reasonable steps to prevent the disclosure of information to third parties, except as you permit, to the survey owner, or as may be required by law.

Non-identifying ePOLL survey information will be provided back to the organisation requesting the survey. This will usually be in the form of aggregate statistical information. Information Plus will not sell user information for marketing purposes to outside third parties.

We will safeguard your privacy unless to do so would involve us in concealment of a criminal offence.

Persons responding to surveys are solely responsible for the content of their responses. In your responses to a survey you may choose to provide comment or information that may be identifiable. The privacy protections in place on this site do not cover this type of disclosure although confidentiality and security provisions will in force.
